I don't think so, I don't think the Amercian public could stomach another war right now.  If Israel is smart it would start a concerted effort to get a new Govt in Iran on the inside, I don't think the Iranian govt is overly popular with a lot of its own citizens so I don't think it would take much to get another Syria happening in there especially if the revolutionaries want peace with the Israeli's which I'm sure most of them do.
