You weight lifters with a military background ......

If you are a serious lifter, you will eventually pull a muscle or mess up your shoulders and/or your knees or an internal organ of some sort or another.

I strongly suggest you sign up and get your VA benefits today or tomorrow and save yourself millions of dollars in medical, insurance, and prescription expenses over the span of your life-time.

I recently had an eye operation which would have cost me  many thousands of dollars but it didn't cost a cent.

Take my advice and get those benefits.

And then start training like a foo-king madman!
