I have a mental image of 3333 sitting in the command center of his bunker staring at three screens; fox news, getbig and the drudge report. His radio is tuned to Rush Limbaugh while he keeps with constant contact with his militia battalion on his ham radio. This idea brings me great joy. He must return.

When I first started lurking the political board I could not stand him. Thought he was one incident away from totally losing it and going postal on liberals. Then I came to realize we wanted the same thing basically but he was a little more vocal or deranged..lol. There were no winners in this election. America lost with either choice. So yeah...I would like to see the dude back and start beating the drum for a Rand Paul run in 2016.

I really couldn't give a shit but i think he knows if he comes back that he is going to get pummeled He'd been predicting impeachment, withdrawal fro the campaign, "one and done" etc from almost the day Obama was first elected. This victory for Obama and the Dems was decisive and has to a complete humiliation for him I don't think he dares to show up, especially given his declaration to leave

He had about 95,000 posts mostly in four years. That's about 65 posts a day average, each and every day for 365 days for 4 years. not factoring vacation days (if he ever went on one). I can't imagine making 65 posts in a single day and to think that was his average each day for 4 years....

It really showed how delusional he was. Often trading objectivity and common sense for being lost in a world of hate. And then painted himself into a corner calling anyone kneepadder and what ever else who dared disagreed with his delusions opening himself for monster punishment with OB getting reelected. It got way worse in the last 18 months. Before that he was somewhat more reasonable. Reality struck, November 6th.

I'm no fan of the Republican party as it's been for the last 5 years or so, but this is the first presidential election since '96 where turnout dropped from the previous election. People didn't give a shit. No rallying around anything, no sea change. Obama was simply the lesser of two white meats. I also think pepole are kidding themselves if they think this election was a stand/repudiation/coronation of any kind. You had an underwhelmed populace that mostly didn't care, and those that did gave Obama a small victory in the popular vote. Obama didn't prove something, he got the job again because the other side didn't show up. My two cents on 333 - it seems the board is hurting for content, given how many threads there are about him.

I think his posts would pretty much convince 100% of the people on getbig that Rand Paul was the best GOP alternative for 2016.
Rand has none of the crazy, with all of the fiscal responsibility. Young, tea party loves him, gives great speeches, has no skeletons in closet... perfect choice.

I think Rand Paul would convince most on getbig to vote for Rand Paul. I'm doubtful that 3333 ever convinced anybody.

33 cnvinced me of a TON of things about the evils of obama and the dems.
Every single person here that chose to vote obama had to look PAST embassy and a million other things we knew about.
Without him, this place turns into Democratic underground... 33 would expose obama's culpability on a daily basis.

Sorry pal, but this reflects on you and your political knowledge and/or cognitive abilities rather than anything about 3333. If you're using bodybuilding message board spam from a delusionite as an anchor for understanding American politics, then, well, yeah.

there would be plenty of news stories that never made it to FOX or msn that he would share, which would really open up my eyes.

I agree with 240 on the awareness factor. If something was happening, you could bank on it being here and then dig on your own.

same with the repub side of it.
I enjoyed watching msnbc at night and listening to rush/hannity/levin all day -
Cause then I could count on coming to getbig at night and learning the TRUTH about the stories I was spoonfed all day.
"I heard Chris mathews say this, but he neglected to mention this..." or "Rush said it's all about race, but wow, look at all these other factors..."
It helped me to argue better with those around me. It helped me to think higher level than just fox & friends kind of news.

You know what they say about polls? Polls lie! Polls are biased. You cannot trust polls.
333386 trusted the Presidential election polls and look where it got him.

I was excessively rude there so I apologize. Yes, I'm sure 3333 helped inform some simply by being a conduit to legitimate opinions (copying/pasting and the like). But as far as the man himself it just wasn't possible to have a discussion with him where evidence would be taken into consideration -- ever.

I've wondered what it would be like to always feel I was right about any topic I talked about and everyone else who didn't agree was wrong. I really don't think I'd enjoy it very much. People who are like that...don't really seem all that happy.
