There is not secret behind weight loss, just eat one little meal a day, stop training, stop steroids if you use them and after 5-10 months welcome to twink mode. Your body is clever and will get rid off mass that you dont need in your current life style.
Cormier, Wheeler, Levrone all of them were skinny kids, their bodies are coming back to their base.
Put Cormier on roids again and he will be 250lb in a few months.

Right, not only is he stronger than 90% of everyone on this board, but in a two month cycle he would be bigger than 100% of everyone here. I'm not sure what there is to make fun of except his broke ass wallet. |

Wrong. His receptors are fried. If he could do it he would, because he doesn't have any other skills or way to make money. He tried a comeback with Yates training him, but his body can't do it anymore. |
