Not to be all scientific and all but you do realize your feet can take between 400-600 pounds of force just walking down a flight of stair?

he didn't come close to kicking through the target and the douche jumped a bit at the same time... likely used a serious of pads and tape to protect his junk

Force is such a bad gauge. Energy would be better, momentum would be good also I guess. Force is just horrible.
