groink, can you get away with eating whatever and how much ever you like and stay at 8%,im really curious.
i can stay at just under 10% and get away with brutal and excessive cheating on diet.but not cheating all the time, as in every single meal and how much ever i want.
but if i cheat on diet daily and wait till hungry for the next meal, i can keep 8% all year no problem.
to get lower than that, strict dieting is needed for me.
I'm not a glutton to begin with, I go out to dinner at least once a week, and I rarely finish my meal. I don't eat an excessive amount of food, never did.
"Eat whatever you want" doesn't translate into stuffing my fucking face with cheeseburgers and Ice cream, I'm not some fat fuck eating comfort food...I eat healthy food regardless, with the occasional cheat.
That and my body loves the Tren, I'm a fat burning furnace..I still wake up in a pool of sweat..I'll post a pic, it's freaky
