And it seems Uganda and other African countries problems with HIV are not gays spreading it, but heterosexual men (especially truckers) having unprotected sex with hookers, and spreading it to other women.

Also, if the UK and other Euro countries cut off aid, where will these African countries get it? Look to China...and the saga continues.
