thanks? have been eating very "healthy" lately. mostly chicken breast, small portions of rice, and lots of vegetables (mainly carrots and salsa). a handful of fish oil at night. and water all day long. (on a side note, this cold weather has gotten me drinking hot water instead of cold like i usually do -- wow , hot water has a very different feeling on your sense of hydration and healthiness) |
