There's a movie made in 86 it might be commando or Predator where Arnie is giving an interview between takes and you can see the hair loss. He had a transplant sometime after that. It stayed good until the last few years where he probably lost all the original hair so that's why it looks thin now. Transplanted hair never goes.

Arnold has coloured his hair for a long time but his hair is clearly his own. His hairline has been consistent throughout all his life from a very young age (how many thousands of shots of him are there from his mid-teens on) and is mildly receding now as he enters old age. It is a classic high germanic hairline-a third of men never lose their hair

It might be all his hair but Arnold is crafty enough to get transplants/plugs that resemble his own hairline and not some fake, over-the-top hairline. Which may explain why only within the last two or three years has his hair actually started to noticably recede. Arnold may have just decided that it's time to make the gradual progression into older age by letting a bit more hair go but keeping enough so as not to look bald.

Nothing looks more stupid than a 50 plus guy dying his hair. We have all seen old faces with the jet black hair. It just looks stupid. Older guys just don't realize is that if you are in shape having grey hair looks really good.

It is possible to regain the color to your hair naturally, you have to eat only during 4 hours per day, as much as you want,  but only of green lef wegitables, cheese, nuts and oils. bags of salads, small containers of, nuts. dried onion, spices. and especially pecan nuts

There was an early cover of Muscle and Fitness in like 1982 or so where Arnold had grey hair.

Even if he did, that's no reason to be obsessed with the man. Some people even all of a sudden started following politics once their hero became Governor  ::)
Spot on. Who the f*** does he think he is?

Ursus is a man who knows how to eat a lot of bread.

Literally eating wheaten bread as I read that :)

I don't think I look too old, nor do I think I look young.

I do not actually eat much meat JF due to only having one functioning kidney.

Uncle of mine was almost completely gray at 55. Then got leukemia, chemotherapy, got bald from it of course. He survived, and his hair grew back as dark as it was in his 20s. Doctors couldn't explain it. Now at 60 he's slowly turning gray again. True story.
