I live in the OC and mileage has never been a problem

1. At the time of the lease you can specify how many miles you want, from 10K/year up to 30K/year.
If you need higher than that the dealership can usually put together a high-mile lease that meets your needs.

2. If you are in a lease and exceeding your miles you can go back to the dealership and they will adjust your lease to a higher mileage.

I like leasing because it gives the consumer far more flexibility than buying and because the initial cost of entry is cheaper because you don't have to pay all the taxes up front.
You only pay tax on the part of the car you use, and that tax is divided up among your payments.

The bottom line: Is your money working for you, or are you working for your money?

Plus you can write off a lease as a business expense!
No brainer there!

OK chief,  I also work for my family's manufacturing business, own my own business on the side, and work on campus as a research assistant to cover the cost of the tuition!

So yeah moot point!
dang dude, you mentioned this before but still shocks me when you mention it again. Very impressive, how do you manage the workload?

i remember there being a few knowledgeable guys here who know or worked at mercedes,

I am looking into a ml350 for my wife and  I wanted to lease but wanted to know how to approach it with the right angle, so that i dont lose to much money if i decide to buy after the lease is up

what do you think of this vehicle? maintinance ect

Please do yourself a favor and buy a tried and true used Mercedes.  '08 or something, 50k miles or so, well maintained...
