I don't know shit about this stuff. I do know that Aaron has been right about everything he's told me, so I'm going with him, and I'd be willing to bet with him.
Well, I don't know Aaron... I do know Palumbo though. (We ain't boys or anything, but I've had dinner with the guy and he was cool enough to me.)
I know that RX has a long row to hoe if they are going to beat Getbig.
See... Here's what I have found out in my 7 years of being around the boards.
Getbig is brutal, but if you can handle the truth, you will love it on getbig... Getbig is ONLY a forum really... Sure there's other pages... Results and what have you, but that's about it. Getbig is community driven.
RX has video content, articles, all kinds of stuff like that... It's content driven. That's great. If you want content.
If you want people who will be brutally honest, you are on getbig. If you want content, you are on RX.
That's pretty much it in a nut shell.
There's some things you have to note there... Content requires staff. (Money) Communities require people to show up. (Interest)
So far, the site rankings are based completely on the fact that getbig has more people who show up. We converse. We talk. We bust balls... We call each others bullshit out... ALL the time.
I always stop by RX as well, but the community driven aspect of the forum, for me, outweighs the content driven aspect of the site.
I don't have any real desire to watch a video of some guy doing squats, but I do like getting viewpoints from people.
That's just me... I'm pretty sure I'm not alone though. I'm an average dude... As most people around the internetz are.
