I actually think he's a pretty good guy.. But I did notice in his flexibility segment he has seemed to have lost his legs.. He used to have very good quad and ham development but looks like they do need a few good sessions..

This guy looks sick in the head ... Nothing worse that a narcissistic man one that EVERYTHING hinges on looks... Looks like doesn't believe in training chest just arms so he can look great in a tank looks like he lives in a tank top
Looks line he is in his 50's but stuck in his late teens to 20's

I saw him this weeken at the LA fitness expo

Best way I can discribe him is tall, wide , but watery and bloated looking , red skinned , weather beated face.

There was actually if u can believe it and I'm sure u will, more of a line to DAna linn bailey first the half her line to see Rich and bout 1/4 of his line to see Phil heath
