What do you suppose happened to the giants spoken of in the video?

My theory is that the amount of energy required per day grows exponentially with height and they were not able to obtain enough for survival.

Wonder how they built the the ancient pyramids with stone and manual labor a paradox still today Falcon. Wonder if those people had two rows of teeth?
