Hey 243, we haven't talked European politics in ages....what do you think. More credit for the Greek like was decided today, or should they just go back to the Drachme and the union, and we take the loss....
Oh man, this is getting totally out of hand!
Initially I supported the idea to support Greek so the Euro-zone would stay together.... but it's obvious they can never survive on their own if this keeps going on.
Greece doesn't produce anything. They have made some cuts but now the unemployment percentage is disastrous. Not good.
It was this weekend discussed on TV here that EU support Greece at this point only in order to save the country from coup. You know, they have their history of "military government" in Greece. Not too long ago.
People are on streets there big time already.
But I think we should just kick them out of Euro. Only way to stop this spiral down. It will break euro-zone but it's better than our money being shoveled there for decades. Hard times.
