I tried that shit for about 2 weeks and it got old fast.

Heavy weights in the a.m. do not mix for me.

I find lifting after work very difficult. Often I work ten-eleven hours. The last thing I want to do is step into a gym, never mind lift heavy stuff.

There's that too.   It was best for me when I would go to the gym at lunch.   But, my only option for that at this point is 118/mth, and I got tired of paying that for only getting down there 2x a week due to my job.

Now I have everything in my basement, but it's still hard to find time.

It can be troublesome but thankfully my gym is on the way home from work. I go straight there from work to make sure I get it done.

I run in the AM, though. I've done morning lifts before but I don't have the time in the AM to eat, let it sit and then hit the gym so I opt for running on an empty stomach instead.

Check out leangains, it's an intermittent fasting protocol during which you train fasted.

It's very against the grain, I will give it a go myself soon.

Looks interesting. I may have to give a shot. Never tried any type of intermittent fasting.

Surely when times are hard you could stand on a corner offer to build shops for them on location?
