new idea: a super small caliber 'wounding' bullet to compete with tazers

What about a small caliber gun round to wound the assailents?

like smaller than a .22

like a 0.07 or something

you do shoot the person, but it more like a mega BB

wounds them, hurts like hell

but they dont die from huge gaping hole

what do you guys think?

another upside is the rounds could be quite small and you could have say 36 shots in a clip

no one is fighting for the cops against the lawyers who sue government, which should not be allowed

however on the other side those cops who do bad things should be help personally liable not the taxpayer

peple need to get that in a danger situation officers are authroized to use deadly force

Guns are too harsh, they kill people. So lets use super small caliber guns, not like smaller caliber weapons can kill or anything.

You have no idea how hard it is to successfully hit a person with a "wounding" shot.
If you're preparing to use a firearm, it's with the intention of killing your target.

meh, just shoot them with a pellet gun or better yet sting the shit out of them with paintballs.

 smaller projectiles won`t help - larger projectiles moving slower would be more effective and we already have them. you can always just use a 12ga bean bag round but anytime you fire a weapon there are no guarantees it will turn out less than lethal.
