I only get fat in the face and lower stomach. My legs stay lean, my arms and shoulders stay lean, but I get a beer gut and double chin. The chin is first to go then the stomach fat.
so do you stay lean all the time because of this, or do you pendulate from lean to bulked up?

Only twice did I let it get a little out of control and I hated it. Now it is in check most of the time. I eat pretty clean most of the time but that is because fat people sicken me.
I lose it from outside to inside. Meaning it starts coming off furthest from my stomach (calves + forearms, then thighs + upper arms, then chest + back, etc), and works towards the stomach. My stomach is the last place I lose fat from.
I distribute fat like a bitch, accumulating it mainly in the chest, butt and thighs. It leaves these places last but the trade off is that I never have much of a gut. My fat distribution being what it is I cannot get overweight or I will look like utter shit.
