5.  A 24 hour security team.

My mission would be to make more money with a goal of increasing my net worth to 5 billion in 5 year. 50 billion in 20. Work on my underground city would quietly be taking place all the while.

Lottery winnings are tax free in Canada.  i.e. you win $500,000,000 you keep $500,000,000.   It's a shame that in the US you're probably going to lose half of it right off the top to taxes.

as far as i know, you don't get the full lump sum in one go even if you're the sole winner. isn't it like so many mil a year for so many years/or life, or a (lot) smaller, one off payment  ???

You would be a fool not to take it in one lump sum cash pay out.  You never know what's going to happen tomorrow and you can't will lottery winnings to your family if you die.  Take the money and run.
