George H.W. Bush hospitalized
« on: November 29, 2012, 01:29:50 PM »
Former President George H.W. Bush is being held at Houston's Methodist Hospital on Thursday after undergoing treatment for bronchitis, CNN and the Houston Chronicle report.

The 88-year-old Bush has reportedly been suffering from persistent respiratory issues and was checked in to the hospital on the day after Thanksgiving.

"His big problem is a chronic cough, he can't get rid of so he's back at Methodist," his chief of staff, Jean Becker told the Chronicle. "This is not a life-threatening illness."

Bush spokesman Jim McGrath told CNN that his family hopes he will be discharged by the weekend.

The Associated Press reports that Bush's son, former President George W. Bush, has been among visitors.

I've often wondered what HW thinks about the outrageous happenings during his son's administration.

Being who he is, and what he has done, he certainly isn't a typical "dumb" American that doesn't understand the nuances involved.  That's what makes me wonder what he thinks about his kid's administration.

But he is an elitist down to his core, so there are plenty of bogus justifications available to such scum.

How I'd love to have seen Bush and his people prosecuted for treason and punished severely.  The fact that they weren't says a lot about how things really work.
