Lol, wasnt spam. That is a place I go for lifting advice. Other then that its boring with very little traffic. I like GB because I can ask anything and get some type of answer.

I've seen them ruin peoples real life many times.. thats the only reason id put them ahead.  Plus who will kill themselves on getbig,  like there for all to see.

In general I think this place is MUCH higher quality, but the place rules by sheer quantity and I think there is more people with advanced computer skills to really fuck with shit.
