Because without Arnold, he'd never been more than a pizza delivering dude. In MD a few years ago, he was described as "an odorous fart behind Arnold". That's how he won his two O titles, in Arnolds slipstream. Plus his professional "Phd" as a chiropracter is a joke.

That was so fucking rigged i saw those pics. Franco's buddy who was also called Franco gave him perfect scores. Why not let Franco be a judge too? Danny P take a bow, looked fantastic and still looked that good in 1990 when Dorian beat him at the NOC.

what's amazing is Danny was only 160lbs! that is ripped! Columbu did not come in at his best! But Franco had beeen robbed for years do to Arnold. Franco looked insane in the mid 70's to 79. They gave him a charity victory! They claimed danny looked overtrained and dark under his eyes. They said he looked unhealthy and overtrained? how can somebody be overtrained? Danny did get robbed but so have many people in this sport! I think Kai got robbed this year at the O.

The Mr.O comp is notorious for robbing bodybuilders. look Dorian won with a badly torn Bicep and looked horrible. It just happens! I do believe Franco is a beast and had come into superior shape many other Mr.O comps and lost because arnold always got a gift. I guess they decided to give columbu a gift. Didn't mentzer Bitch when arnold won one year? Mr.O is all about politics and who is best for marketing. still is like this to this day if it wasn't kai greene would be Mr.O

I wouldn't say Kai got robbed this year. He would have made a very worthy Mr Olympia, but it was still pretty close between him and Phil. It wasn't close at all between Danny and Franco in '81 - Danny was the best bodybuilder on stage that year. Franco wasn't anywhere near him in terms of quality, let alone ahead of him.
