Years ago I stopped working out my traps because it was fucking me up with dress shirts. Over time I noticed my physique was missing that X factor. Something didn't click. Now I am in a more casual work setting and have started hitting traps hard again. Upright rows, heavy DB and BB shrugs and fuck! I am in total beast mode. Amazing how bigger traps make me look wider, makes a V taper look tighter. Good shit man.
