It's retarded.
The mubarak supporters/secularists have been trying hard to destroy the revolution hence the mass protests.
There are also protests in support for Morsi/brotherhood which are getting less coverage.
"Unknown" violent protesters attacked the brotherhood/Morsi supporters/protesters the other day. Same shit all over again.
The temporary measures he took to have final say in the government affairs is to overthrow the rule of the military and judges/courts whichj were basically remannts of the mubarak regime.
Remember it is the courts and military that overuled the election, overuled the new constitution, etc... several times.
If the president can't do his job and is overshadowed by the remnants of the mubarak regime there cannot be change.
The US/Russia/UK etc... play their game to divide and conquer via different means.
Obviously mubarak was a dictator supported by the west for 30 years, and his fall was 'unavoidable' especially with decades of brotherhood being the largest supported political group in egypt. So they 'sided with it' without choice. However as usual these foreign entities will have their last say and will encourage destability.
Especially when it comes to interests of Israel.
Russians on the other hand will support anything that is not in the interests of Israel and the US however will favour a non islamic rule still despite diplomatic toying around.
