20 year old bodybuilder, 109kg till competition 98kg on stage

Picture of bulking - 20 weeks out at 109kg


Picture of Cutting - 3 weeks out at 101,6kg


So this is the picture of competition! 98kg on stage! 5,8% bodyfat.
24 competitors!

Im the one with de dark blue glitter, the one on te left!

The one in the gold pants became number 1,
the one in red became 2de and the one in light blue became 3de.
To bad, i didnt enter the top 5 :(

But im very proud of what i have atchiefd!

GOOD WAIST FROM SIDE,,U LOOKED REAL THICK IN 20 WKS OUT AND PRETTY LEAN AND HARD THERE,,,AND OTHER SHOT WITH CAMERA PHONE GOOD AS WELL GOOD LUCK IN FUTURE,,,

Thanks bro! realy diet my ass of for that competition, it was also my first one! now im just going to bulk up and create more massa the next 3 year so i can still run a junior competition on 23 year old "im 20 now" :D

It seems to me you lost alot of size and looked flat on stage but for your first competition you did well... ;)
