i have the old model kia rio from 2011 gasoline (not diesel)

for such a flimsy car it seems to use a lot of fuel

also i want diesel as its cheaper

If I ever need to buy a car with fuel economy in mind, that is the very day I promise to stop owning a car.

what's the point anymore then?
I don't need car to move from place A to place B.
I need a car to take care of someone (wash, wax etc.) and enjoy a good ride every now and then.

if you dont mind a 2 seater. smart roadster.

18xx something curb weight and a small engine makes for good gas mileage.

don't bother with the battery hybrids. the battery only lasts 5 years or something like that and costs half of the car  :-\
