What a wimp basketball player 7feet1 brian zoubek

Zoubek decided to fill his craving after a back injury suffered during Nets training camp in the fall of 2010 effectively ended the center's basketball career.

all u have to do when you throw out your lower back is to do squats, yes you can barely walk but this is the only way to heal fast. geez man what a pussy

7feet1 and 260 pounds

i remember seeing dude at a club with other players and damn they had some fine hoes wid dem

"I knew that if I redoubled my efforts and I really concentrated on it, I could get back to playing at a decent level," Zoubek said. "But for me the most frustrating thing was that I knew I would never be able to play at the level that I wanted to … I didn't want to pursue something like that if I could pursue it at 70, 80 percent of my potential."

why the fuck would a trainer have a 7'1" guy, especially,  do squats (throw out back or knees)  for an endurance sport like basketball?  Press machines are fine.  He should sue the team.

This is similar to a surgeon, who got his hand smashed by a weight and sued.  He won.

back issues come from compression

the onlyway to alleviate the compression is to allow the glutes hams and quads to siphen out the pressure/assimilate nutritions by squats with no weight.  thats why you cant do deads everyday but on the flip side anyone can do non weighted squats everyday but not weighted squats everyday

there comes a point in time where everyone throws out there back the same way

they cant get out of bed the next day

they cant stand up straight

the only way to recover and recover EXTREMELY fast within 3 days is to do alot of bodyweight squats and lunges the more you do them the better your back gets

i have before usually two routes to injure my back

either

i lay off from  training then start training hard then throw out my back

or do barbell squats too many days in a row then throw out my back

i know when my lower back feels a little too tight and fragile that it is time to do bodyweight squats to alleviate the pressure

i rarely throw out my back but when i do i know exactly why

Probably for quad strength to help jump higher... though he IS 7'1".

so i got the flu, i puked really hard for a day, and VOILA, the back pain was gone.

I advise it.  If all else fails, chug some vodka, puke it up, and see if you can jar the injury loose.

other than that, by just throwing arrows trying to hit the target of knowing nothing about you, i say just do alot of bodyweight squats or bodyweight lunges

the body SHOULD heal itself if you exercise it right and feed it enough foods

Thanks.  Been thinking about incorporating more vegetables and brown rice in my diet with an ultimate goal of going vegetarian.
