A Bible and a Barbell

Is all I need. I keep this wrought iron physique hard as nails with the Barbell, then I thank The Man Upstairs and read a passage out of my King James Bible.

The bible is very good, because of the many pages and the thin paper. It meant a lot to me when I started creatine in high doses. I think I used the whole gospel of Matthew on the toilet.
The bible rocks !!!  (as toilet paper that is.., otherwise you could use it to light the fireplace)
