He doesn't look like Mr O anymore... but for a 48 year old who ruled the BBing world for a decade, and probably barely trains, he still holds decent muscle. Most of us won't look that good at 48.

I now feel better knowing I can finally beat an 8 time Mr. Olympia. I just needed to wait awhile. |

Yup, I remember training at World's in Santa Monica in 1980 with Doug Brignole and watching Arnold train for the 80' Olympia and literally morph from 190 to almost 240 inside of nine weeks. Not to mention the previous times at Golds prior to then. I was actually in the background of that famous pic outside of Golds with damn near everyone posing for that picture. Seems like we've both been around forever! |

One thing they all have in common is that they all trained pretty 'lightly'. Training like Ronnie and Dorian probably isn't good for longevity. |
