I can tell you, about the only similarity I've noticed is that most Asians are terrible drivers. Years ago, when i first learnt to drive (in Australia), the first thing my driving instructor said to me was "You look half Asian - let's hope it's the other half that can do this". I didn't know whether to be insulted or to laugh! I was always brought up to respect my elders and people in authority. It's something I've noticed amongst other Asian people. The concept of face is also something I think is found in most Asian cultures.
Bodybuilding wise - most of us have structurally wide waists, big legs and don't need to train calves much!
