There was a show called The Swan back when I was in college. They did plastic surgery and at the end had a beauty pagent. I think it only lasted one season.

be cool is someone who looked awesome not due to gear, took an apprentice and then there were say a dozen fitness guru and a dozen apprentices and at end of 6 months see who looks most imporved
