xenical will stop fat being absorbed..and so its success will depend on whether your body fat is caused by over eating or not...

if your body fat is a result of slow motabolism - id suggest a course of T3 and clen

but youll still have to do some cardio and sort out your eating to maximise the benfits of the course.

Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, I play basketball on Monday nights (almost a full game too, mind u cause I'm the team star) and I walk the dog a lot, plus my work means I basically go on fucking 8 hr walks! So, I do do a little cardio.

I've been watching what I eat and have just started a bit of cardio. I'll be kick boxing soon as well. Also I'm off the hot sauce for a while and I'm down to 106kgs from 110kgs. I'm not as bulky, but my chest is starting to resemble more of that of a mans, and not a womans. I'm only eating 3 normal persons meals a day, cereal, lunch and dinner. I'm trimming up and I know muscle loss is inevitable, but once I trim right down and I get back fom the Holy Land, I'll return to the dark side of the force and start all over with a new canvas. I'll be eating cleaner and watching fat and carbs more.
