I've been watching what I eat and have just started a bit of cardio. I'll be kick boxing soon as well. Also I'm off the hot sauce for a while and I'm down to 106kgs from 110kgs. I'm not as bulky, but my chest is starting to resemble more of that of a mans, and not a womans. I'm only eating 3 normal persons meals a day, cereal, lunch and dinner. I'm trimming up and I know muscle loss is inevitable, but once I trim right down and I get back fom the Holy Land, I'll return to the dark side of the force and start all over with a new canvas. I'll be eating cleaner and watching fat and carbs more.
