also forgot to mention also big zit between my right eye and nose and i never gets zits in these two places i mentioned very weird but definitly makes sense sense i ate these pumkin pies made with eggs aswell as these blueberry muffins made with eggs

yeah i hate not knowing for certain

ive been taking the apple cider vinegar like crazy the past couple days but zit still there because i went through a couple pieswith eggs and muffins

ive also been gettting alot of grapejuice so thats a  form of vitamin c

but in pill form to me that seems excessive wasted amount but i dont know for certain

im just gonna have to do away with the eggs, there is an egg substitute called ENER-G  that you can make pies and cakes with but ive yet to order it
