Hello. I'm new to the bodybuilding and I'm currently taking Protein and Cell Mass. I was curious as to what would be another good supplement to take? Also, what is a good creatine sourse that's not as expensive as BSN's Cell Mass?

muli-vit if you dont already take one. i just take now foods 600 grams of creatine. i real try to buy the cheapest one that i can find online. after protein poweder and creatine that all you need when you start out. after like 5 or 6 years you can get into what they call "designer supps". but dont get hung up about the price. not everything is better with price. and most protein powders and creatine are the same

Yeah I forgot to mention that I'm taking a multi vitamin and fish oil.  What company makes a cheap effective creatine? I took EAS's creatine a while ago and liked it but wanted to see what else is out there.

prolab has a good micronized, crea-pure creatine. I actually like Cell-Mass a lot but its too expensive to use year-round.

hey bro, then your set!! that all you really need. i tend to buy/use NOW Foods alot  bc they have pretty cheap products and more inportantly to me more srving then a lot of others.

might want some kinda gainer to use within an hour after working out if you need to add a lot of calories to your diet, or mix your own gainer. and casein protein before bedtime since it's absorbed slower than whey which is a good thing since you sleep for 7-8 hours or so and dont get any food during this time.
