Grandpa used something like that in Guadalcanal only it was much bigger and had more rounds.  I still have a picture of him with his shirt off and helmet on, firing that gun with a cigarette flaming away in his mouth.  One of the best photos Grandpa ever took of himself.

LOL...  well looks our new place has a barn and a chicken shack. Plan on raising a couple. You can swing by and if you can grab a couple Rocky style, they're yours. ;D

Awesome thank you. I do plan on planting plenty, get as close as possible for self sufficiency, yet remaining only 25 miles from my startup in Palo Alto. I'm pretty excited about that.

man, so fucking jelly that you can afford all these things, lifes fucking hard for me - not a lot of money since I am the only one working and god kids cost so much as you will find out soon, I consider myself lucky when I can buy myself a kindle than I change my mind and spend the money on my kids or wife instead.  :-\

But I shouldn't complain I am healty I have wonderful kid wife and life is good, I just wish I could give my kid more like a big garden and a big house, but than I remind myself that its not terribly important to have a big house and garden but much more important that I am there for him, love him etc.

Good post, I am in similar situation and have a similar mindset, I do the same and will spend money on the kids before spending a penny on myself and am working towards the same goal of bigger house ect.
