I think it's cool you trained with them and saw them at their peaks. Everyone who ever saw Dorian said he looked 3D in real life.

this was back in 1999.   he gave me a great compliment. he said if he had my back, calves and forearms he would have won at least ten pro shows.
that is cool,,he had a sick build hardness, shape wise,,esp quad heads split and full,,,and great chest.

ya, lucky.  being the owner of a gym near downtown, there have been a lot of fairly well known people show up there.

The thing I remember about Milos when I met him in 1998 was his pecs. Never realized until then how good his chest really was.

very heavy, high rep and high volume.  nothing like the light weight crap he was promoting at his gym in fullerton.

people won't believe this, but i spotted him doing 6 plates a side, high bar squat feet together and on ten pound plates for 5 reps.  this is when flex magazine had Cormier doing a single with seven plates. i think milos could've done close to that.

after the squats it was an hour straight of murdering the quads.

Very cool.

I don't doubt Milos could squat over 600 for a few.  He had some crazy-ass quads.
