Probably gonna make Sauerbraten again this year. I made it 3X last year, so I think I've got it down. Biggest thing is NOT to use a lean piece of meat.

We always have lots of German, Hungarian, and Polish foods, including some traditional ones.
Ham, Kielbasa (usually venison and "store-bought"), Pierogies, Baked fish, Mushroom & Sauerkraut soup (which I avoid like the plague), Bobalki, More ham, Several different veggie casseroles, Lots of homemade cookies!!

Not to diss on your holiday food parade, but TBH, not much of that sounds very appetizing. Maybe the cookies, but with the other menu items, I question this ...
