First off - you need about two years of squats, deads, and military press, along w pull ups and just eat eat eat. The shape of your head aint that bad BTW - shave it off.

Yes - you need to build a base of muscle and dont worry about getting fat for now. Just the basics - squats, deads, bench military, cleans, etc.
