no since reading getbig and most importantly gh15 on here back then

i decided against supplements


hugenasser.com also said he only took 100grams of protein to maintain his 300lbs physique


so i quit high protein diet as well


also i lost interest in training since learning about the natural limit of the human body


so basically i dont do shit related to bodybuilding only post on getbig

everything alters your genes some genes alter themselves back some dont. like if you burn your hand those genes are mostly permenantly alterd, we dont always know jack shit about if a gene is permenantly alterd or not or if it changes back from simple things like different food ect

i workout twice a week for general staying in shape now that i understand the pointlessness of natural bodybuilding

workout 1:

3 sets of barbell bench press 8-12 reps
3 sets of pull downs 8-12 reps
3 sets of slightly incline dumbbell bench press 8-12 reps
3 sets of row machine 8-12 reps
2 sets of skull crushers 8-12 reps
2 sets of bicep curls 8-12 reps


workout 2:

3 sets squats 15-20 reps
3 sets of lying leg curl 15-20 reps
3 sets of standing calf raise 15-20 reps

200 a month will get you a couple bottles of test, a bottle of tren, and plenty of drol, and IGF1 DES for pre-workout. :)

when i was 15-16 i feel into the trap. i would buy all this BS amino acids and vitamins. I could have run 2gs of AAS a week with that much cash. oh well, learn from your mistakes.

btw its funny how thse people who spend 100's on BS power and pills are anti-steroid. If you tell them take 100 mg trenA ed for 8 weeks you will see results they say "thats cheating" but if you say buy our amino acid pills and take them for 8 weeks you will see reuslts that ok? ??? i mean its the same concept.

many people live the lifestyle, otomix shoes, muscle pants n top, buy all the supplements, eat every 2 hours and supplement with drinks and bars, and spend tons of money on bs supplements, and put on hardly any size or strength at all, this demographic are the hardgainers

Just because YOU aren't good at it (or won't put in the work to get it done) hardly means that it's a pointless venture. If you're as skinny as that one pic shows you are, the LAST thing with which you should be concerning yourself is SuperPump 250.

Your supplements should be: weight gainer, more weight gainer, and EVEN MORE WEIGHT GAINER!!!

Take it from someone who was a bonerack himself, that's critical for gaining mass. Eat three high-calorie, high-protein meals and drink 2 to 3 of them per day.

That's what it took for me and it got me over 200 lbs at 5'9"....NO STEROIDS NECESSARY.

BTW, that training program is almost WORTHLESS, unless you've only been training for about six months or so. That looks like the beginner routine with which I started 23 years ago.

If you train like a paralyzed fruitfly and eat like a concentration camp victim, you WILL NOT GROW, no matter how many steroids you take.

i suppose you got a point. I also started small, although not a twig but small. i found the easiet thing to add mass is milk. i was 15 years old, i remember reading how milk was so good for mass building. I would drink a gallon a day, no joke. crazy stuff as now milk somtimes upsets my stomache.

I'd only drink a quart to a quart and a half. But, that was mainly when I was making homemade weight-gainer shakes. I'm with you on needing real food, no question about it.

good stuff, also pasturized eggwhites with coffe creamer is a good way to get 70gs of protien without getting full
