Before I started lifting/doing cardo back when I was like 16 I got sick a few times a year. I never get sick anymore, and I never ever get a flu shot.

For me it's rare. I was even exposed to swine flu by a family member and had them coughing all over me (2009) and I didn't catch it. However recently I had 16 months of constant infections due to my sinus blockage. Been in perfect health since the op though, so am back to my usual great health!

Not often at all(Maybe once a year at the max), but when I get sick I become very ill for like a week. It is rare for me to just get a regular cold

was always pretty healthy until this year, caught some kind of bacterial pnuemonia [summer pollen they believe] that fuked me up for 2 months, still dealing with the repurcussions of that.

I wash my hands a lot, drink a lot of water and follow a high-protein diet. The only times I really get sick is when I catch one of those stomach bugs that has a way of circumventing all that.

I rarely get sick, about once or twice a year, but when I do it takes forever to go away. I'll usually have symptoms for like three weeks but it will only be bad for about a week.

Had a flu in April that sucked major donkey dick. Couldn't eat for days and whatever liquid I drank came out 20 minutes later totally unprocessed. I was basically pissing out of my ass. Couple that with high fever and constant headache and I had a jolly good time.

I get allergies, but i haven't been to the doctor for almost 10 years. I've injured myself plenty and see an Ortho a few times a year.

Regardless of the shape I'm in I've always gotten sick a couple times a year.....lotta allergies and sinus infections. An occassional cold...with small kids in your life it's hard to avoid sickness. I've had the flu twice in the last 10 years. I typically get sick once in the summer (June/July) and once in December. Then sometimes my AIDS be flarin up real hard.

Its quite simple really, avoid close contact with any strangers. Stand far enough away from them and never put your hands on your face until you can wash them and are at home. If someone coughs, sneezes, get as far away as possible or avoid them altogether. You can`t just magically get sick.
