You could have figured this one out simply by looking at the rosters.  Notre Dame is filled with players from Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and a lot of other places in the north.  Alabama has the vast majority of their players from the state of Alabama with the rest coming from Florida, Georgia, and Louisiana.

Football players from the north are pansy ass pussies.  If ND or a team from the B1G ever wants to win a national title, they need to completely abandon recruiting in their backyards and focus on snatching up SEC territory talent.

And get the fuck out with this Ohio State shit.  They had way too many close games against garbage B1G teams.  Ohio State has never beaten an SEC team.  If they had reached the national title game, Bama would've put up 70 on them.

There is a reason for Notre Dame recruiting like they do.. they have some of the best academics in the nation and actually have student athletes. 90% of Alabama's players wouldn't pass their first semester at Notre Dame. There might be some exceptions, but not many.

What would you say, if Vandy beat ND, which they probably could on a neutral field?  

Anyway, ND has some borderline jocks too.  A lot of those guys major in sports management, sociology, history and other athlete student hall majors.

Now, the game gets a bit different with Ivy's and Stanford.

ND could roster 5-stars from the South and get them past soft majors, if they could get a guy like Les Miles or Pete Carroll to take the job.
