Yes, but In Australia, had the victim got out of the car and hurt or killed the attacker, the victim would go to jail.  So no he was smart to stay in car and get away from the psycho.

You can't be sure, when it come down to this kind of state of a person. he may've had a gun or a knife, or whatever.. It's difficult to fight someone who is psyched out like that.

Some men would see another man running towards them on foot and remember that they are still in metal machine that weighs as much as a rhino and moves faster than a cheetah and make sure the idiot on foot also remembers that fact.

Pschos like this exist all over the US too. They are just not recorded on a video camera for people to know about. Cops deal with trash like this all the time. Then they come to court a dressed up in a suit with a "who me?" look on their face.
