cardio with bcaa on empty stomach in the morning

cns activating light work at noon

brutally heavy weights in after noon


12 hours of sleep a night and 2 naps during the day

Steroids?? Yeah, I've experimented with that stuff in my teenage years, but didn't notice shit. ;D

Bodybuilders don't train abs
Also they failed to include the 18 hrs of sleep per day and 4 hrs of getbig checking
