If it's only once and you're on cycle, you're behind on the quota. Try to work in split routines, maybe a morning/lunch break/evening wank. Immediately consecutive sessions may result in overtraining.

3 or 4 times a day for nearly two decades. Still at least once or twice when I'm in a sexually fulfilling relationship. If I don't shoot my load for a few days I become a menace. Even old ladies look like hotties and if I went more than a week without ejaculating - never happened - nothing could be ruled out..
