If you are into manual labor, I can offer you full time employment starting at $12 hour.  You will get full time work, and some benefits.  I am giving my guys off next week with pay and gave them cash bonuses accordingly.  I also give a week sick leave and a week vacation at the one year mark.

Hah thanks man but that's cool. I got a friend that's starting up a small business I just wanna give him a hand for a few months.

Well I have serious back problems, so most jobs wouldn't be suitable for me. However I got a contact with a guy who's looking to throw some cash around in a business for retards.

Well one of the main concepts were working in on is getting around minimum wage laws, so I think socialist shit is laughable.

Were going with  a very libertarian mindset going in this. Governments get in the way of people working at a pace more natural to them.

It's far better for my back if I can work twice a day, every day with a mid afternoon break in the middle of the day.

It's pretty much impossible for one to get hired for that type of thing most of the time.
