to be fair, pellius is shredded to the bone, and in general a pretty nice bro.  he just has a tendency to melt easily, and always ready as an 18yr old for a fight

Yep.  He seems like a nice enough guy but he is really weird; he seems to think he's really funny, but he has the most singular wit I've seen in years.  All he does is go on about "screaming in the sweet ecstasy of pain" during 20 rep squat sets, blabber a bunch of facetious crap about old-time weight gainers and swing from Steve Reeves' jockstrap.
