No, in your case I think you should take them ED.

I'm not currently on cycle, so I take orals on my workout days.

    No i dont when i am off cycle i try to d-tox my system. i have been off and on the juce for about six years and never herd of taking any thing on the off cycles but if it works i will try it can u tell me more.
