What are some good snacks?

What are some easy snacks with good nutrisioal value.  I'm looking more towars stuff that doesn't need to be prepared, like almonds or something. Thanks!

nuts, nuts and more nuts...mixed nuts that is ;D  We're still uncovering the benefits of the healthy fats found in nuts, which means supps simply will not cut it.  8)

hmm, kinda took the words out of my mouth...i usually have raw almonds with a protein shake.

Nuts are meant to be v high in protein arent they (and gud fats),hope im right about this.

nuts, fruit, dried fruit, even the all-natural peanut butter on a rice cake or slice of wheat bread...
