Lakers chemistry has looked better of late. They need to stick to pounding that ball down low to Howard and if the double comes, swing the ball but don't settle for jumpers...attack the basket.

I don't think the Lakers have beat the Heat since LeBron joined. I can't remember how LeBron Cavs fared against the Lakers. Kobe doesn't guard LeBron though and vice-versa, although I suspect LeBron would win 1-on-1, he's a better defender and is too big/strong.

my bad, cant really compare lebron and kobe as they do play different positions, Lebron has won most of the matchup though.

I must admit, lakers with no Gasol did suprise me, Earl clark is a good talent.

Howard is underpeforming he is injured though. Lebron is unstoppable though.

Lakers have slipped, dallas gained traction for the playoff hunt. Im expecting howard to reinjure himself and lakers to tumble.

Jordan did struggle against some inferior competition, i remember he had trouble against vernon maxwell and even sean elliot.

Jordan is much better then Kobe, but kobe is the closest thing we have seen to MJ.

Jordan was a nut, though he did also have trouble against Allen Iverson. Jordan is still human but he was also super, i know this a anti kobe thread but when it matters kobe always hit the fadeaway 3 ptrs to keep the lakers in it. Then again he shoots them out of games too.

Howard will be out soon, its team pressure thats keeping them in. its political too, other GM's looking at him to see how he copes under pressure etc, i do feel for him, having a busted shoulder is the worse, you cant even keep a desk job with shoulder pain, let alone having to box out 270lbs giants and getting hacked on every possesion.

Props though for staying competitive with no gasol, but they have little chance in making playoffs, blazer, rockets and mavs should keep the lakers out.
