Stan buys his name for peanuts, and doesn't cut him in for a % of the profits. http://stanefferding.com/flex-wheeler-fitnessStan McQuay pockets over 100k a year in training fees and travels the world with Flex's friend Dr Dre. If I was Flex, I'd burn this shit. .jpg)

Easy, spend money you don't have racking up massive amounts of debt, lie to everyone as to why you can't stick to a diet, make people feel sorry for you till someone offers up a kidney and donate money to you cause, then go out and get tattoos and a motorcycle to celebrate.

Flex isn't exactly known for being a financial genius. He is a megalomaniac, and this has destroyed his common sense..

I wonder if the franchise is still active. As he is using his likeness and name to sell something. If something goes wrong (someone gets hurt, a complaint, gets sued) then they will initially go after Flex, correct? As it is assumed that since his likeness and name are associated with the franchise, then he is partially responsible.

i think you are not reading the situation right if there is a mystery here is why, would a white rhinoceros try to 'sell' a gym on the back of a name that 1) has nothing to do with him 2) has no pull regarding the potential customers stan is the only one that thinks this flex wheeler brand name is worth anything because he is a middle aged idiot living his teenage dream with the moneys he got from a lucky deal as usual nothing here to see but the idiocy of stan, the nothingness of flex, etc

Also very unlikely that gym has even made a profit yet that has not been put back into the business for the ROI

mike lost 3 gold's gym franchises
He also lost all the years that he could've had with the "Heavy Duty" franchise. That was pulling in a $100,000 plus in mail orders in the late 70's - early 80's.
