I was planned in for surgery last friday, but I cancelled it. I had a second opinion with Sports Medicine in the UMCG, and they send me to the othopedic professor, let's call him Mr Shoulder Netherlands, I will see him on feb 18th. Meanwhile I do not have much shouklder pain, but I gained 20 lbs of fat lately. I will have to get a grip now. And I will...started working out again, long live muscle memory.
